2.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- The payment method and account name used at the time of deposit must match.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- For incomplete or erroneous transactions, please notify the support team.
2.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may be on hold if account verification has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 3).
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
After opening an account at cv988 for the first time, a 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Likewise, if you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus is still ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x — applied on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
3.3 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- The wagering requirement must be met within the specified period for using the bonus.
- If the bonus is not used before it expires, it will be cancelled.
- If an attempt is made to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
- cv988 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
VIP Program & Cashback Terms
The cv988 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on the user's activity on the platform.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.

5.2 Account Suspension & Termination
If evidence of any prohibited activity is found, cv988 may suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice. In such cases, all bonuses and any funds earned from bonuses will be forfeited. The original deposited funds will be reviewed after cv988 completes its investigation.
